Jaecey made everything easy for us, from scheduling open houses to signing the final paperwork. As first-time buyers, we didn’t know what to expect, and Jaecey’s organization, sense of humor, and commitment to finding the perfect home for us made the process so enjoyable. If we’re back on the market, we’d work with her again in a heartbeat!

I’ve been working with Jaecey to help me find the perfect Westside escape, and she’s been such a pleasure to work with. Jaecey is highly communicative, always on time, and truly dedicated to helping me find my dream home. She has a deep understanding of the local market and carries herself with patience and professionalism. I recommend Jaecey to all of my friends looking for homes.

My entire experience with Jaecey has been great. She is very attentive, organized, and communicates clearly. If she doesn’t fully know an answer, she won’t lie or give a half answer; she will look into it and get back to you. With realtors nowadays, that is something that stood out to me to show me that she is real when she works with you. When my wife and I bought our house with Jaecey, she showed no signs of being pushy, but communicated and advised next steps and strategy in a very digestible manner. You can tell that she doesn’t like to make mistakes, which is something that I personally want in a realtor. She works very hard and is very present...

Jaecey was absolutely pivotal in guiding us through the process of finding our first home. She went above and beyond to help us understand each step, was consistently prompt in setting up viewings, and maintained excellent communication with other realtors throughout. Even when we adjusted our search criteria, Jaecey remained open, understanding, and completely respectful of our evolving needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better home-buying experience, and we’ll absolutely reach out to her again if we’re ever back in the market!

Jaecey found us the perfect place in Santa Monica - she made everything super easy, and we would not have found our unit without her. Highly recommend!

Jaecey was the landlord's broker when I was the tenant and she went over and above to help and make sure the transaction and my time in the apartment she leased me was smooth. Happy to have met her and worked with her!

As a first-time homebuyer, I cannot recommend Jaecey more. Buying a house would not have been possible without all of her help. From educating us on the process and was extremely patient while we took the time we needed to feel confident about the right house. I feel like most brokers will rush to get a deal done, and that just wasn’t Jaecey. We looked at over 30 homes on the Westside of LA, and she helped us find our perfect home in Mar Vista. She knows the Westside market very well. In addition, she helped tremendously throughout the escrow process. There were so many documents, emails, and people to call every day. She helped us stay on top of ev...

Although our plans to relocate to Southern California ultimately changed, we had the opportunity to work with Jaecey Parham while exploring the possibility of purchasing a home in the Los Angeles area. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. What stood out most was how much Jaecey truly cares about her clients. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, listened carefully to our priorities, and tailored her recommendations accordingly. She is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly accommodating, and consistently made us feel li...

Jaecey jumped in with very little notice and expertly managed our home-buying experience. She gave fantastic advice on the negotiations and was able to manage all the moving parts, keeping everyone on a short timeline. We couldn’t recommend working with Jaecey highly enough. Thanks for all your hard work!

Jaecey helped my wife and me rent in Venice and was incredibly helpful. We reached out to her because she had a listing we were interested in. She was proactive in responding, helped throughout the process as it was a tight turnaround on applications, and went above and beyond to help us as we navigated moving in with the landlord. 10/10 recommend working with her.
